Todayâs couple made the best decision of their lives. Instead of going on a vacation for a month, they chose to renovate their miserable-looking kitchen and change it beyond recognition. Its condition definitely left a lot to be desired and urgently needed reconstruction.

Others would probably choose to enjoy their time somewhere remote and desirable, yet our heroes considered giving their kitchen a new look a lot more important task than their vacation which eventually turned out to be the best option.
For the design, they chose warm tones. The final results exceeded the familyâs expectations. The atmosphere was now welcoming. To say that the before-after photos blew up the network is nothing to say.
NBA player R.J. Hampton has confessed in a new video that he hurt the mother of his child, leaving bruises. This admission has come as a big shock to many.
NBA G League player R.J. Hampton admitted on video that he left âbruisesâ on his ex, Tiffany Jeffcoat, who is the mother of his child.
On Monday, Jeffcoat, who has over 1.5 million followers on TikTok, posted a video of herself confronting Hampton. She said he was trying to take their 1-year-old son, Halo, from her while they were traveling.
In the video, Hampton can be heard yelling at Jeffcoat, saying, âShut the fâk up talking to me, bâch! Please!â as their son climbed near his feet. Hampton also said, âI donât care if you got me on recording. I could care less.â
On Monday, the influencer shared a video of herself confronting the NBA first-round draft pick, claiming he was trying to âtakeâ away their 1-year-old son, Halo.

Hampton, 23, said he was âafraidâ Jeffcoat would accuse him of abusing her when he took their son.
Jeffcoat responded by reminding him that he had hurt her before. Hampton, who is 6-foot-4, got angry and told her, âGet the fâk outta here with that stupid stuff.â
She then reminded him that she has pictures of the bruises he allegedly left on her arms. Hampton seemed unbothered, saying no one would âcare.â
Jeffcoat told him, âBut they came from your hands.â Hampton responded, âOf course they did. Did I punch you? Did I slap you? So shut the fâk up!â
Jeffcoat replied, âJust because you didnât punch me doesnât mean itâs okay. Wow.â
Hampton also insulted her mom, saying he didnât care if his sonâs grandmother was âdead or alive.â
In another TikTok video, Jeffcoat said she was âstrandedâ in Oklahoma with âno hotel, no carâ and claimed Hampton took their son from her.
She said, âR.J. literally grabbed Halo off the ground, walked out, got in the car, and left. He didnât tell me where they were going⊠didnât take any of his stuff. Heâs not allowed to do that.â
Jeffcoat said she called the police, but they couldnât help because it was âa civil matter.â
Page Six tried to contact Hamptonâs representative for a comment but didnât get a response right away.
Not much is known about Hamptonâs relationship with Jeffcoat.
After Jeffcoatâs video went viral, Hampton turned off the comments on his Instagram.
Hampton was picked by the Milwaukee Bucks as the 24th pick in the 2020 NBA draft.
In September, he was traded to the Delaware Blue Coats, a team in the NBAâs G League.
In August, Hampton celebrated his sonâs first birthday with a sweet post on Instagram.
He wrote, âMr. Freaking Halo Man!! Bubs I canât believe you are 1 year old  Daddy wants you to stay little forever and ever!!â and shared a bunch of pictures of him with his son.
Hampton wrote, âHonestly, buddy, you are the greatest blessing God ever gave me. Youâve taught me so much about who I am and who I want to be for you! â
He said he would always be there for Halo and would âcontinue to set a great example for you and work hard every day to give you everything you deserve, and thatâs the world!!â
He finished with, âYou are my heartbeat, I canât imagine life without you, and life before you doesnât matter anymore. Me and you, little man!! The legacy continues, and I canât wait for you to have the best day. Happy 1st birthday, Halo. I love you foreverÂ
